I’m a Christian life coach, writer, and speaker passionate about connection—about hearing the real stories, the hard questions, and the sacred wrestlings that shape who we become. I believe God doesn’t waste a thing—not our pain, our process, or our past. He uses it all to call us forward.

The Adventure of Grace BlogIn 2018, I began a journey to find something more than the day in and day out struggle to be a decent person. Everything felt hard. I made a promise to the Lord to do whatever he asked me to do, and hoped that he would bring healing to the decade of depression and anxiety. After almost a year of changing everything, I was healed in a fast-slow way. It was a long slow year of adjusting my thoughts, feelings, emotions, and media choices. Then, in one instant, the Lord healed the rest. I felt led to share my story and my journey and that’s where I began to write something.
