I’m a Christian life coach, writer, and speaker who cares deeply about connection—about the real stories, honest questions, and sacred wrestlings that shape who we’re becoming. I believe God wastes nothing: not our pain, not our process, not our past. He weaves it all into what He’s forming in us.

Whether it’s through coaching, writing, speaking, or simply sharing a blog post, my heart is to offer what the Lord has done in my life—and invite you to recognize what He’s doing in yours.

In 2018, I reached a point where “just surviving” could no longer be my story. The daily grind of trying to be a decent person felt exhausting and hollow. So I made a promise to the Lord: I will do whatever You ask. I didn’t know what that would mean, but I hoped He would heal the decade of depression and anxiety that had shaped so much of my life.
What unfolded was a slow, faithful unraveling—a long year of relearning my thoughts, tending to my emotions, reshaping habits, and detoxing the noise in my life. And then, in a single moment, God healed the rest.
That’s when I sensed His nudge to share my testimony. So I began to write.
