Hey there,
I’m a Christian life coach, writer, and speaker who cares deeply about connection—about the real stories, honest questions, and sacred wrestlings that shape who we’re becoming. I believe God wastes nothing: not our pain, not our process, not our past. He weaves it all into what He’s forming in us.
Whether it’s through coaching, writing, speaking, or simply sharing a blog post, my heart is to offer what the Lord has done in my life—and invite you to recognize what He’s doing in yours.
If you’re navigating a transition, wrestling with your identity, or just plain tired of holding it all together—you don’t have to walk this alone.
Testimonies matter. Not because they spotlight us, but because they point to Him.
This is a space for your story—your testimony– faith-based or not. It’s space for messy grace, holy ground, and honest growth. Come as you are… but don’t plan to stay stuck. Life’s too short to settle for survival–it’s stifling you.
Pack your water and your notebook—let’s go for a hike.

Stories are the best way to be friends
The Adventure of Grace BlogIn 2018, I reached a point where “just surviving” could no longer be my story. The daily grind of trying to be a decent person felt exhausting and hollow. So I made a promise to the Lord: I will do whatever You ask. I didn’t know what that would mean, but I hoped He would heal the decade of depression and anxiety that had shaped so much of my life.
What unfolded was a slow, faithful unraveling—a long year of relearning my thoughts, tending to my emotions, reshaping habits, and detoxing the noise in my life. And then, in a single moment, God healed the rest.
That’s when I sensed His nudge to share my testimony. So I began to write.

A little more about me…
Adventurer. Wonder-seeker. Worshipper. Scripture-dweller. Prayer warrior. Daughter. Wife. Mother. Sister. Speaker. Blogger. Writer. Christian life coach.
I’m a storyteller at heart—rooted in faith, shaped by grace, and practicing a surrendered life.
Here you’ll find pieces of my testimony, the people woven into my story, the path I’ve walked, and the God who has been faithful through it all.
