Coaching is back in session!

After a sweet (and too short) maternity leave, I’m opening my coaching calendar again.

The past few months reminded me how much God meets us in the middle of regular Tuesday life.

The interrupted mornings, dishes, the grocery store, the conversations we keep replaying, and the unfiltered moments.

I’m thankful for coaching sessions to process all these little things, and big things, and project things that I am ready for– because life is all of it at once, ready or not!

Pull up a chair and let’s chat–

Let’s chat about regular life things—work, big scary goals, small shifts, marriage, kids, overwhelm, the conversation you can’t stop replaying, the thing that made you cry in the grocery store, or the project you just can’t seem to start.

Those ordinary moments are where the work begins, but also where your spark lives. You don’t need to be pursuing a new community program to get some feedback on where you are; to reignite the spark of life in you.

The things that dim our flame, or keep us stuck, rarely announce themselves. They sneak in a little at a time while we are doing our best.

They show up in the patterns we can’t seem to escape, the reactions that feel bigger than the moment deserves, the stories retell over and over, or the places where we ask, “Why do I always do this?”

These things all make sense. They didn’t come from nothing, I promise. But if it’s time to get unstuck or move through them, I can help. There is more to life than “just weathering the storm,” and a better way to motivate yourself than “just suck it up.”

  • I came to Cassie conflicted over a decision in a relationship. I was confused and angry and bitterness had taken root. Cassie helped me explore options, understand my feelings and most importantly reminded me of truth. She led me in prayer that unlocked forgiveness I was hesitant to give. Her responsive prayer model led me to seek forgiveness and gain compassion. I came in reeling and left relieved. Her coaching in the power of the Spirit made all the difference.

  • The huge life transformations I have received in my Life Coaching sessions with Cassie have made such an impact on me. Her ability to listen deeply and ask insightful questions challenge me to self-reflect and identify my limiting beliefs and develop actionable strategies to overcome them. Cassie provides a safe space to process my thoughts and emotions and enables me with tools to renew my mind through the Word of God. Her supportive, compassionate guidance and encouragement has given me a renewed sense of purpose that has opened my eyes and heart to what God is calling me to do. I am forever grateful to Cassie for this gift!

What is coaching?

Therapy and counseling focus on healing the past and walking through important heart issues. A therapist can go deep into who, why, how, where, and hold space for those.

Both are valuable. They simply serve different purposes—and can work beautifully together.

Do I need a specific goal to start coaching?

Coaching sessions are held over the phone or via Zoom—based on your preference. If you are local, we can also meet at my office.

Each option has its own benefits, but it is ultimately up to you, your comfort and schedule

Yes—your story is safe here. Everything you share is held with care, respect, and confidentiality. You will not often hear me share a story, but if you do hear me share a “client story,” it is always by permission.
