Spring Session
Feeling stuck in the “someday” cycle?
You have plans—they’ve just been buried under everything that has to get done.
This one-time session helps you clear the noise, get perspective, and take one real step forward—without pressure or overwhelm.
Adventure…
n) A bold, usually risky undertaking; hazardous action of uncertain outcome.
. If we are going to be uncomfortable, we might as well do something daring.

Coaching doesn’t change who you are
it gives you freedom to be who you are
What’s actually keeping you from showing up as yourself?
It’s not that you don’t care.
And it’s not that you don’t know what to do.
You’ve had the thoughts—
What if I actually did this?
Why do I keep putting this off?
I just need to follow through.
For a moment, it feels clear. But then something shifts.
You overthink it, second-guess yourself, lose momentum…Or you push harder… and burn out.
And before you know it, you’re right back where you started. (Or hiding in a jar of Nutella)
So you start asking:
- What’s wrong with me?
- Why can’t I just do this?
- Why does this feel harder than it should be?
The issue isn’t your discipline.
And it’s not that you need to become a different version of yourself. So much of what you’re doing is being built on pressure—
trying to get it right,
trying to prove something,
trying to finally feel “okay.”
This is where coaching comes in
We will:
- slow everything down
- see what’s actually driving the pattern
- separate who you are from what you’ve been trying to prove
- and sort out the static.
So you can:
- move forward with clarity instead of confusion
- take action without carrying the weight of “getting it right”
- and begin living from who you are—not who you’re trying to become
It’s time to lay down the constant self-judgment and the “I should be further by now” cycle. Should’s and Shame keep us stuck and wishing.
The world doesn’t need a smaller version of you. We need the best and fullest version of you- exactly as you are.
