Cassie Valler is a Christian writer, Master Certified life coach, and speaker who carries stories like sacred ground. Her words are for the ones in the in-between—the tired, the unraveling, the ones wondering if they’ve been disqualified by their hardest chapters.
Having walked through the valleys of depression and anxiety, Cassie doesn’t speak from a place of arrival, but from the messy grace-filled middle. Her story is one of healing and unhooking—where the Lord gently stripped away the labels she clung to and invited her into an identity that can’t be shaken.
She speaks of identity not as something we build, but something we receive. Not earned. Not performed. Just given by a God who still meets us in our becoming.
Her voice is tender, her faith rooted, and her message is simple: You are not too far gone. And the God who never left you in the dark is the same One who calls you by name and invites you home.

Previous Speaking Engagements:
I recently had the incredible opportunity to speak at the Worldcast Ministries Conference on “Music, Songwriting, and Your Story.” I was also honored to join the podcast The Word is Krystle Clear, where I shared my personal testimony of being healed from depression and anxiety.
This year in June, I was honored to join my friend Susan Shull on her podcast The Clean Heart Club for a deep conversation on faith, overcoming mountains, and learning to sit with the Lord in the stillness. (I also released a song live, “What if”)
As I’ve met people in the time since, I’ve realized again and again: the hard things we walk through don’t disqualify us—they prepare us to walk alongside others. The struggle equips us to lock arms with those in their own valley and say, you’re not alone.
